As a Sales Manager, You will lead Aura's growth in the Finnish market and be part of the Nordic Sales team to expand our business.
- You are a person with an entrepreneurial mentality and like to take challenges in scaling up 10x.
- You have significant experience in enterprise software sales in financial services
- You have a technical understanding of SaaS and Cloud technologies and are able to get first hand meetings with CXOs in the Finnish financial industry.
- You have the experience in tailoring mid size to large deals and manage complex bids.
- You have clear focus on subscription sales leading to annual recurring revenue rather than consultant selling.
- You can manage sales cycle from prospecting till contract including demos, PoC, Partner alignment and dependency on internal team members.
- You have deep knowledge on the workings of the financial services industry mostly focused on Retail, SME and to some extent corporate financing
- You have the ability to weave partnerships with industry players to enhance offering and market presence.
- You will design outreach activities mostly in the digital sphere to facilitate sales.
- You are a native Finnish speaker with good fluency in English.
You will closely work with the management team in Sweden to set goals for the Finnish market and establish aura as a platform of choice.
